the guy killed a bunch of people in somalia, was held in jail, and attempted suicide by hanging in his jail cell.
he lived.
and now has the mental capacity of a five year old.
but he still remembers he killed people.
they still try him every 2 years to see if maybe he is fit to be prosecuted.
just put him in jail he wont know the difference!!
moral of the story:
don't attempt suicide.
just do it.
